We are currently looking to appoint an innovative cook/ supervisor to prepare and cook all types of food using seasonal, fresh and locally sourced produce to work in our Catering Team at our Coalville campus. The role will involve you leading the catering team and offering support and guidance where necessary. You will plan vibrant and healthy menus, bake deserts and keep in line with our standards. To be successful in this post you must have immediate or Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and a NVQ 2 in Food Production or hold substantial relevant experience in a similar scale catering environment. You will also have experience of managing purchase orders and invoices as well as experience with leading a team. If you are passionate about providing healthy food for our students and staff, able to work effectively within the catering team and prepared to play a full and active part in the life of the college we would like to hear from you.
